Our Services

1. Bulk Liquid Packaging (Palm Oil & Edible Oils)
Designed for the safe, leak‑free export of bulk palm oil and other liquid food oils.

• Flexitanks for ISO Containers – High‑capacity (up to 24,000 liters) single‑use bladders that transform standard 20ft containers into bulk liquid carriers. Anti‑static, multi‑layer construction for food safety.

• Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) – Reusable or one‑way IBCs with integrated valves for palm oil fractionation and storage.

• Drums & Pails – Steel, plastic, or composite drums for smaller bulk orders and specialty oil grades (RBD palm olein, stearin, etc.).

• Liquid Liners for Bags – Protective inner liners for palletised oil drums, preventing contamination during sea freight.

Why it matters: Palm oil cargo is vulnerable to oxidation, leakage, and foreign matter. Our packaging meets international food contact standards and extreme humidity conditions.

2. Dry Bulk Packaging (Food & Natural Commodities)
For bulk trading of grains, pulses, sugar, rice, coffee, cocoa, spices, animal feed, and industrial raw materials.

• Polywoven & Paper Sacks – Multi‑wall, heat‑sealed or sewn. Available with inner polyethylene liners for moisture barrier. Sizes from 5kg to 50kg.

• FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) – “Jumbo bags” from 500kg to 2,000kg capacity. Options include U‑panel, baffled, conductive (for static‑sensitive products), and food‑grade liners.

• Block Bottom Valve Bags – High‑speed filling, excellent stackability, ideal for flour, sugar, and feed.

• Ventilated Bags – For fresh produce, potatoes, onions, and naturally ventilated commodities.

• Pallet Covers & Shrink Hoods – Protecting whole pallet loads from dust, rain, and pilferage during warehousing and transshipment.

Why it matters: Bulk food commodities lose value through moisture, pest infestation, and contamination. Our packaging is certified for food contact, BRC/IOP compliant (where required), and engineered for tropical climate resilience.
